Motiro measures team motivation with the Moti, a survey grounded in Self-Determination Theory, and turns each round into an improvement journey: the issues it detects, their causes, and the solutions a team commits to. With this connector, Claude can read what you already see in Motiro: • Your teams and circles, as a tree, with their members and managers • A team’s latest Moti results: 15 motivation metrics, overall scores, answer distributions, and response rate; pooled results for a circle • A team’s surveys, with dates and status • Journeys: detected issues, causes, and solutions The connector is read-only. Survey results stay aggregated and follow Motiro’s anonymity thresholds, so individual answers are never available. Access follows your roles in Motiro, and you choose what Claude can read when you connect.
