MOXSEA is the platform boat clubs use to run memberships, bookings and fleets across one or more centers. This connector brings your club into Claude, so you can ask about it and make changes in plain language. What you can do: - Move over from your old system: attach a spreadsheet or an export from your previous booking or membership tool, and Claude sets up your centers, seasons, boats, tiers, services, staff and members with their membership terms, checking what already exists so nothing is added twice. - Start the day: what is booked today, who is out on the water, and which open issues or alerts need someone. - Answer a member on the phone: their membership and when it renews, what they have booked, their invoices and whether they are paid, and the agreements they have signed. - Keep the fleet running: open issues by boat and severity, and maintenance that is due or overdue. - Prepare the numbers for a board meeting or the season review: bookings and cancellations, revenue by product, month or boat excluding tax, and who is overdue, totalled over all your data rather than one page. - Reach your members: post news, create events, and send a message by push or email to a center, a tier or named members. - Grow the club: open a new center or season, add boats and make them bookable, and adjust tiers and services. How it works: You sign in with your MOXSEA account, and Claude sees and changes only what that account may in MOXSEA: club staff work within their own club and centers. Changes follow the same rules and audit trail as the MOXSEA apps.
