MyGymDesk connects your MyGymDesk gym management account to Claude. Ask about your own business in plain language and get the figures your dashboard shows: today's check-ins and classes, one member's plans, packages, dues and visits, memberships ending soon, who owes money, members who have stopped visiting, attendance and busy hours, revenue and collections by payment mode, payments, leads and follow-ups, member counts, personal training by trainer, staff checked in today, and expenses and profit. It can also make a small set of changes that your role already allows: book a member into a class, schedule a class session or a weekly series, check a member in, add a lead, log a follow-up response, cancel a class session, send one member a payment reminder, extend or freeze a membership, and submit a WhatsApp message template for approval. Every change is previewed first and the preview changes nothing. Changes that message people or are hard to undo are made only after you say yes. The connector signs in as you, with your own MyGymDesk login. It sees only what your role and branches can see, it cannot list or export all members, and it never shows anyone's pay, bank or ID details, or any password. It cannot record payments, refund, delete anything or change settings. You can disconnect it at any time, in Claude or from Connected AI apps in MyGymDesk.
