Naclix is management software for health, wellness and beauty businesses in Latin America: medical and therapy practices, clinics, spas and salons. It covers the agenda, patients and clients, reminders and payments. This connector lets the team of a practice or business work with its agenda from Claude. What you can do: - Ask what the day looks like for a professional, who is in the waiting room, or when there is a free slot. - Book an appointment, move it, confirm it or cancel it, and record that someone arrived. - Find a patient or client by name, document or phone, or create a new one with basic details. How it works: - Each person connects with their own Naclix account and chooses, on a Naclix page, whether Claude may only view the agenda or also make changes. Claude can never do more than that person can do in Naclix. - Patients and clients are told about a change only when you ask for it, except that a new booking follows the business's own notification setting. - Clinical records, payments and free-text messages are never available through the connector. - The business's administrators see every connection and everything it did, and can disconnect it at any time. Requirements: a Naclix account with the administrator or manager role, on any plan. The free plan includes 300 calls a month and the Inicio plan 2,000; the other plans have no monthly limit.
