Navis Bio Trial DB
Navis Bio Trial DB lets ChatGPT search Navis Bio's drug-development landscape: the drugs and biologics (assets) in clinical development, the gene targets they act on, the diseases they are studied in, the companies that sponsor their trials, and the trials themselves. The data is compiled from public clinical-trial registries, including ClinicalTrials.gov, and Navis Bio's AI-assisted curation. What you can do - List the assets against a target, in a disease or at a development phase, with trial counts and the highest phase reached. - Answer combination questions, such as which KRAS inhibitors are in Phase 3 trials for lung cancer and who sponsors those trials. - Open one asset in full: its targets, the diseases it has been studied in, the sponsors of its trials and its most advanced trials. - See which diseases a target's assets are studied in, ranked by trial activity. - Build a competitive-landscape matrix: targets, assets or trials as rows; development stage, tumour types or your own disease groups as columns; trial, asset and sponsor counts in each cell. Who it is for Professionals in biopharma R&D: business development and licensing teams, competitive intelligence analysts, R&D strategy and portfolio teams, and investors who follow drug development. It is not intended for patients, caregivers or consumers. This beta release is offered in the United States only; deployment in other countries, including territories governed by the EU GDPR or the UK GDPR, is pending a future release. Limitations - For exploratory research only: generating hypotheses in biopharma R&D that require validation against primary sources. It is not a medical product, gives no medical, clinical or investment advice, and must not be used for decisions about anyone's care. - Curation is AI-assisted and can contain errors. Check important findings against the primary trial records. - Coverage is built from trial registries, so programmes with no registered trial are mostly absent. The data is updated periodically, not live. - There is no regulatory approval, label or loss-of-exclusivity data. - A sponsor is a company that sponsored a trial an asset appears in. That is evidence of involvement, not ownership. - One study registered in more than one national registry can be counted more than once, so treat trial counts as upper bounds. - Targets are identified by gene symbol (ERBB2 for HER2, PDCD1 for PD-1). - Read-only: Navis Bio Trial DB does not change any data.
