NeoMind gives small businesses a team of AI teammates: one answers customers on your website, phone and messaging, and others look after jobs like marketing and follow-ups. This connector lets you run that team from Claude, using your existing NeoMind account. Ask Claude for a briefing and it tells you what your AI team did, what's waiting on you, and the new customer enquiries and leads since you last looked. You can list recent enquiries and read any conversation in full, and you can search your leads by name, email or phone or filter them by status and date. You can also talk to any AI teammate on your team and get their reply. It's the same chat you see in NeoMind, so you can carry on there later. You can see the posts, replies, emails, articles and website changes your team has prepared, read exactly what each one says, and approve or reject it. Approving carries the item out, so Claude asks you to confirm every time. You can also mark a lead as do-not-contact so your team never follows them up again. The connector can't change your NeoMind settings, plan, billing or connected accounts. Those stay in the NeoMind dashboard. You stay in control. Nothing is shared until you sign in with your NeoMind login and choose Allow on NeoMind's approval screen. The connector only sees the one business you signed in to, and only what your login can see. Approving from Claude follows exactly the same rules as approving in NeoMind, and every approval, rejection, message and do-not-contact change is recorded as done via Claude. You can disconnect at any time in NeoMind under Settings → Connected apps. Every NeoMind account can use the briefing, enquiries and leads. Talking to teammates and approvals work on accounts that have AI teammates switched on.
