NestSolver plans the cutting and loading jobs a shop does every day, from a plain request in chat. Cut lists: give the parts and the stock, either lengths of bar, tube, extrusion or lumber, or sheets of plywood, MDF, metal, glass or acrylic, with the saw's kerf. NestSolver lays out every cut for a panel saw or a CNC router and shows the bars or sheets used, the drops worth keeping and the waste. It takes grain direction, edge banding and miter angles into account. True-shape nesting: nest irregular parts saved from DXF, DWG or SVG drawings on sheets, with spacing, rotation and common-line cutting, then read the finished plan with links to its cutter files. Load planning: pack cartons onto pallets and pallets into trucks and containers, with stacking rules, the centre of gravity and loading steps. For a semi-trailer it checks the axle loads against US Interstate or EU road rules, and names the rule and the nearest fix for anything over a limit. Every answer gives the figures a shop works from: what was used, the yield, the offcuts, and what didn't fit and why. Each plan also opens in NestSolver, with drawings, labels and exports.
