NEXIQ is a digital business card and professional network service for people who do business in Japan. With this plugin, ChatGPT helps you build and keep up your NEXIQ business profile and find people who can help you, while you stay in control of what is shared. What you can do - Build your profile in conversation: ChatGPT asks one short question at a time (affiliation, business, a one-line introduction, card photo, strengths, what you offer and what you are looking for) and proposes wording from what you tell it. - Approve before anything is shown: everything ChatGPT writes is saved as an unconfirmed, private draft. On the in-chat review screen you decide, item by item and link by link, who can see it (public, friends only, or private) and whether it may be used for AI search. Nothing is published until you press Confirm. - Find people in your network: search your connections and friends by skills, business or interests, and find people whose offers match your needs (and vice versa), with the reasons quoted from their profiles. Privacy and safety - Results only include people in your own network (people you exchanged cards with and friends), and only the information they chose to show you and allowed for AI use. People who have not agreed to external AI search are not returned. - Friends-only information is shown only to accepted friends. Private information is never shared. - ChatGPT cannot publish your profile or change who can see it on its own; you approve every change on the review screen. When you connect, you choose whether ChatGPT may edit your profile or only search and read. Requirements and limitations - A NEXIQ account is required (free sign-up at https://nexiq.jp). You sign in with OAuth when connecting. - The service and its screens are in Japanese, and it is designed for business networking in Japan. - Events and communities are paused during the open beta.
