Connect Claude to your GLPI service desk / ITSM (GLPI 10 and 11, REST API v1 and GLPI 11 API v2) through a secure hosted connector: 100+ GLPI tools to search, create and update GLPI tickets, follow-ups, tasks, solutions and approvals, read the full ticket timeline and statistics, work with GLPI problems and changes (ITIL), look up GLPI assets and inventory (computers, monitors, printers, network equipment, software…) and reservations, search the GLPI knowledge base, and manage users, groups, entities, ITIL categories, documents, rules and webhooks. Sign in with your NexTool account, connect your GLPI once (URL plus an API token, or a GLPI 11 OAuth client) and ask in plain language. Every tool is annotated as read-only or destructive, deletes are disabled by default, connections can be set to read-only, GLPI credentials are encrypted so that only the connector can use them, and every action follows the GLPI permissions of your user.
