NextUp
NextUp keeps track of what you've promised clients and what they've promised you. It pulls commitments out of your meetings and email, ties them to the client account and the deal, and shows you what's due and what's slipping. Connect it to Claude and you can work through that list in plain language: - "What do I owe Acme before Thursday's call?" Claude reads the account, the open commitments both ways and the last meeting, and gives you a short prep. - "Who's gone quiet on me?" Claude lists what clients owe you that's past its chase date, so you can follow up before the deal stalls. - "Log the follow-ups from that call." Claude creates the actions with owners and dates, filed under the right account and deal. - "Move the proposal to next week and mark the pricing review done." Claude changes the tasks you name. - "What did we agree with Northwind about the pilot?" Claude searches your meeting transcripts, notes and documents and returns the passage and the meeting it came from. It also covers projects, goals and people, so you can archive a finished project, rename a deal or update a contact's role without opening the app. Claude only sees your own NextUp account. Reading changes nothing. Tools that change or archive data are marked so Claude can check with you first, and there is no delete tool. Every change Claude makes is kept in your write history, and you can disconnect at any time from Settings → Apps & developer → Connected apps. NextUp runs on iPhone, iPad, Mac and the web. You need a NextUp account to connect. Setup takes about a minute: nextupai.app/docs/mcp
