Note Metric records construction meetings on iPhone and in the browser and writes the minutes, agenda minutes, actions and decisions. With this connector Claude reads your Note Metric records, so you can ask about your meetings in a chat: what was agreed at last week's progress meeting, which actions are still open for a subcontractor, or exactly what was said about a gridline or a drainage outlet. Claude can list your projects and meetings, read a meeting's minutes, agenda minutes, actions and written notes, search across all your meetings, list the actions still open across projects, and read a meeting's transcript with speaker names when you ask for it. Every tool only reads: Claude cannot change or delete anything in Note Metric, and your recordings, photos and account details are never shared. You sign in with your own Note Metric account and choose Allow, and you can disconnect at any time in Note Metric under Settings, Connected apps. Connecting an assistant comes with the Note Metric Pro and Elite plans and with team plans.
