NOUS Pesquisa connects Claude to the NOUS Brazilian legal archive. Instead of citing from memory, Claude searches real sources and quotes them with the official link: court decisions from the STF, STJ, TST and regional courts; binding precedents (súmulas, repetitive and general-repercussion themes) with their current status — in force, cancelled or overruled; federal statutes by article, from the Senate's consolidated text, with Supreme Court alerts (unconstitutional, suspended or pending); and regulatory norms below the statute level (ANEEL, ANAC, CFM, CONTRAN, CNJ, CSJT, the Federal Revenue Service, Simples Nacional, Confaz and the labor-safety NRs). The connector is read-only: it never writes, deletes or sends anything, and it does not browse the web. A free "check a citation" tool confirms whether a precedent or article exists and whether it is still valid before it goes into a brief. Every account with a confirmed e-mail gets 3 free searches per month; paid plans add more. Only the search terms Claude sends are received, and they are not stored.
