NYC Zoning AI exposes read-only NYC zoning tools over MCP. Given a 10-digit Borough-Block-Lot (BBL), Claude can retrieve property and district context, computed zoning parameters (FAR, height limits, yards, use groups, overlays), MapPLUTO-derived lot geometry, and deterministic 3D zoning envelope parameters. Results include a link to the full interactive report on nyczoning.ai. Tools: • look_up_property_by_bbl — address, districts, ADU eligibility, listing metadata • get_zoning_info_by_bbl — computed zoning parameters (geometry omitted) • get_lot_geometry — lot outline and street GeoJSON • get_massing_envelope — setbacks, yards, height, and bulk envelope fields (computed geometry, not AI imagery) • list_properties — paginated property index by ZIP or borough Inputs are validated BBLs.
