OAO Insight is your gate to Lyman, OAO's agent. Lyman works in OAO's workshops and dashboards, not in Claude. In these short guided AI workshops, your colleagues work through what AI changes in their work, and the dashboards show what they found and decided. OAO Insight shows you the way in. What you can do: - Ask OAO: name a topic, such as AI in customer service, and see what your colleagues found on it and one workshop or dashboard to open next. - OAO next steps: the workshops and dashboards you can open now, what waits in each and how many colleagues have been through it, and the business units that haven't had their say yet. - Propose an OAO workshop: a sketch of a workshop on your topic, the way OAO runs them, with who it is for and what each person leaves with. When nothing fits yet, the answer links OAO's request page with the topic filled in. You add what it is for and send it yourself. What it doesn't do: it only reads. It books, sends and changes nothing. Links open only when you click them. What you see and what OAO keeps: ideas come without their authors, and participation is shown by business unit. Workshop chats stay in OAO. Only workshops and dashboards you can open are named, and you see only your own progress. OAO gets only what Claude sends to its tools, not your conversation, and keeps it with who asked, as its privacy policy describes. What you need: your company works with OAO and is connected to OAO Insight, and OAO knows you as one of its people. You sign in with your Microsoft work account and see your own company only. Personal Microsoft accounts don't work. Without access, OAO Insight tells you what to do next. Limits: answers cover only what your company did in OAO, not your email or files, and can be up to a day behind. OAO answers about subjects, not people. AI can make mistakes.
