Olindo by Converso
Olindo is the knowledge base of Converso, an Italian provider of simultaneous interpreting (on-site, remote and AI-assisted) and multilingual event platforms. Connect it to search and read Converso documentation directly from Claude: how the audience listens to the interpretation from their phone, venue network and firewall requirements, the event timeline from kick-off to debrief, interpreter and participant guides for Converso Live, equipment and troubleshooting procedures. Olindo is private: you sign in with the Olindo account Converso gave you (email link, Google, Microsoft or Apple), and Claude only sees the articles your account can read. Internal sections stay hidden from customers. What you can ask: "Which firewall ports must the venue open for the WebApp?", "The audience can't hear the interpretation: what should I check?", "The event is on March 12: when do we send the Context Training materials?". Answers cite the source article with a link. Converso staff who write in Olindo can also draft articles and submit them for review from Claude; nothing is published without a human reviewer's approval.
