Connect Claude to your omotto organization to understand customer conversations and improve how your AI assistant works. Review conversations, audit findings and reply analyses; inspect and update business knowledge and settings; and create or manage automations and custom API connections through natural-language requests. For example, ask Claude to identify recurring customer questions, review where omotto needed your team, or draft an update to your business knowledge. An omotto account with access to an organization is required. Access is limited to the organization and permissions you authorize. Read access, permission to make changes, and access to conversations are controlled separately. You can revoke access in omotto under Settings → Connected agents.
