OneSendz is an all-in-one customer communication platform for businesses, built on the official WhatsApp Business Platform (OneSendz is a Meta Business Solution Provider), with Instagram, Messenger, email and SMS in the same inbox, a sales pipeline and visual automations. With this connector you can talk to your OneSendz account in plain language: • Ask how the week went: new contacts, conversations, campaign delivery and reads, automation runs. • See who asked for a human and is still waiting, and read any conversation. • Find contacts by name, phone, email or tag, see their custom fields and history. • Save contacts, add or remove tags. • Create a WhatsApp campaign as a draft (it never sends by itself: you review and launch it in OneSendz). • Build a full automation from a description (menus, branches, waits, tags, pipeline moves, business hours, hand-off to a human). It is saved as a draft for you to review and activate in OneSendz. • Review an existing automation step by step and find weak spots, such as questions with no path for unexpected answers. • Reply to a customer on WhatsApp, or send an approved template outside the 24-hour window. Every send is two-step: the assistant shows exactly what will be sent, to whom and from which number, and only sends after you confirm. Safety by design: access follows the same permissions and unit (branch) isolation as the OneSendz dashboard, each connection can be limited to read-only, read and write, or read, write and send, all actions are audited, and you can revoke access at any time in Settings > Integrations.
