Opally answers your guests' emails, chats and calls. This connector lets you maintain it from Claude in your own words. Tell Claude what has changed at your property and Opally knows it in seconds: a new winter menu, a price change, a Christmas policy, a house rule. One sentence updates every property you belong to, so guests get the right answer from then on. No settings to click through, property by property. What you can do: Read and edit the setup texts Opally answers from: description, policies, opening hours and email instructions. Add and remove team rules, and restore learned rules. Search, add and update the knowledge base, and answer the guest questions Opally could not. Add PDFs and images to the attachments Opally can send. See how much your team rewrites the drafts, read a draft next to the reply that was sent, and ask what to fix. Undo any change: every edit is saved with before and after. You sign in with your own Opally account. The connector only does what your role allows (staff can read, admins can also make changes), and you choose read-only or read-and-write access and which properties it may reach.
