Opptain CRM is a customer relationship management (CRM) system for B2B sales teams: accounts, contacts, deals and the work around them, kept and updated inside ChatGPT. Start each chat with "Start Opptain CRM". There is no separate app to learn. People ask in plain words, and the records open in a panel in the chat. A claim stays a claim. Tell it what you heard ("Harbor is switching suppliers") and it is saved on the right account as what was said, by whom and when, with its source. Anyone can ask why a value is what it is and see where it came from. Ask what needs you today, which deals close this quarter, or the win rate by lead source over the last 12 months. Every number comes with its definition, its dates and the deals behind it. Save a report, schedule it for Monday mornings, send it to a colleague, or print it. Changes that matter, such as a deal's stage, amount, close date or owner, wait for the right person to press Approve in the panel. The assistant can draft a change but can never approve one. Every answer is limited to the records you are allowed to see. A deal marked private is seen only by its owner, the managers above them, your admins and the people the owner names on it. New leads from your website forms go to someone who is in and has room. If nobody reaches out in time, the lead moves on and the manager hears. Follow-up emails are drafted from what the CRM knows, and they go from your own mailbox once you approve them. Company admins set who sees what in plain words ("only Finance sees contract value") and see who a rule affects before it takes effect. They invite people and see who holds a seat, all by asking. Your data is yours. An admin can download the company's records at any time, as spreadsheets ready to import elsewhere and a complete archive with every change. Limitations: it knows what has been recorded or imported into it. It does not read your mailbox or calendar itself. Your assistant reads them with your own connections, and nothing is sent without your yes.
