OraFabric
OraFabric turns a medical research question into traceable evidence from published papers. Ask in plain language, and OraFabric searches a structured knowledge base built from the literature and returns the findings behind the answer, so Claude writes from sources you can check rather than from memory. What comes back • The specific finding, plus the exact sentence in the paper it was extracted from • How strong the evidence is, and what kind of study produced it • A link to the original publication, with journal and year • The concepts and the relationships between them, so a line of reasoning can run across several papers What makes it different OraFabric keeps claim types apart. An observed result, a statistical association, an author's interpretation and a stated hypothesis are labelled differently, so a speculation in a Discussion section never reads back to you as a finding. Contradicting and null results are surfaced rather than smoothed over, and claims that only describe a paper's methods are left out. Questions are routed automatically, so there are no datasets to pick. Every response names the datasets it drew on. Coverage Built from PMC open-access publications, 2020 to 2026. Phase one covers oncology, and further medical fields are opening progressively. OraFabric does not store or redistribute article full text; every result links to the publisher's original. Plan The plugin requires an OraFabric Pro plan, $29 a month for 500 answers. A free account can use orafabric.com directly. Research use only. OraFabric does not give medical advice and must not be used in patient care.
