Orain
Orain stores your tissue data (H&E and IHC whole-slide images, multiplex imaging such as CODEX/PhenoCycler, IMC and mIF, and spatial transcriptomics such as Visium, Xenium and CosMx) and runs the pipelines on its own GPUs, so Claude never has to move a multi-gigabyte slide. From a conversation you can: - Bring data in: upload a file, ingest any public URL, or pull open-access TCGA/CPTAC slides from NCI GDC. - Open a slide in an interactive viewer and get a link to it. - Outline every nucleus, measure tissue versus airspace, and name each tissue piece or TMA core. - Compute patch embeddings and discover spatial tissue patterns that separate two groups of patients, such as responders versus non-responders or KRAS versus STK11. - Ask an analysis question. Orain's own analyst works in your project and returns an answer and a written, reviewed report. - Share a read-only link that a collaborator can open without logging in. Every result has a page in Orain where you can see it on the slide. You need an Orain account. Storage, rented compute and analyst questions are charged at cost from your workspace credit, and new workspaces start with free credit.
