OrderSync EDI
OrderSync EDI helps suppliers read, check and answer the electronic documents they exchange with retailers and distributors. Paste or attach an X12, EDIFACT or TRADACOMS file, including one pasted from an email or a bare transaction, to: - Check it: envelopes, counts, control numbers and duplicates, ASN hierarchy, invoice totals, UPC/EAN/GTIN/SSCC check digits and dates, with the segment and the fix for every error. Check it against what a named retailer expects. - Read it in plain English, or turn it into a readable PDF purchase order, invoice or packing list. - Explain a rejection: decode a 997, 999, TA1, 824 or CONTRL and point at the exact problem in the original file. - Read a remittance: break an 820 or REMADV into invoices paid and deductions with reason codes decoded, explain a deduction code from a portal, and draft a dispute for one deduction. - Answer a purchase order or its change: draft the 997 receipt, 855 acknowledgment, 856 ship notice and 810 invoice. Drafts are returned to you; nothing is sent to anyone. - Compare a purchase order with its change, acknowledgment, ship notice and invoice, with the money at stake. It also checks GS1 barcode numbers in bulk and spots spreadsheet damage, makes case GTIN-14s, generates SSCC numbers and GS1-128 carton and pallet labels as PDF, turns spreadsheet rows into an X12 850, checks EU VAT, UK and EU EORI and Peppol status for a trading partner (UK VAT numbers are format-checked, with HMRC's own checker linked), works out UK late payment interest and compensation, and summarizes what 34 US and UK retailers, distributors and networks require from suppliers. Documents are processed in memory to produce the result and are not stored. No account is needed.
