Ordina runs the booking pages and AI secretaries of independent businesses such as salons, clinics, coaches and restaurants. This connector lets Claude help a customer deal with any of them, with no sign-in needed. What Claude can do: - Search Ordina's public directory of businesses by name, service or city. - Read a business's details: opening hours, services with prices and durations, its own notes and policies, its products and online store. - Check the business's real open times for a service over the next two weeks. - Book an appointment at an open time. - Order products (pay later orders are placed at once; orders paid up front return a secure payment link and are placed only when payment completes). - Give a checkout link for a business's own online store, and check where an order stands. Built to be safe for customers: booking and ordering tools run only after the person has agreed to the exact service, time or items, and their own words of agreement are passed along. Prices are shown in the business's own currency. Order status needs a tracking ID, or the order number together with the email or phone used to order, so nobody can look up someone else's order.
