OwnMailServer is a managed email sending service (API and SMTP) with automatic warm-up, suppression and deliverability monitoring. This connector lets Claude work with your OwnMailServer account. Ask in plain English: "How did our email do this week?", "Why did the password reset to jane@… bounce?", "Is Outlook slower than Gmail for us?", "Are SPF, DKIM and DMARC correct?" Claude pulls delivery, bounce and complaint statistics (by day, mailbox provider or domain), finds individual emails and their delivery timelines, explains bounce reasons, and checks your domains' DNS live, with the exact record to publish for anything missing. Claude can also act, if you allow it on the sign-in screen: send an email from a verified domain (up to 50 recipients), add a new sending domain and verify its DNS records, report what's left before a new account can send, and hand you a Stripe checkout link. Every action asks you first. Privacy: you sign in with OAuth and choose what Claude may do. It only sees your own account, recipient addresses come back masked unless you ask about a specific one, and it never sees email bodies or API keys. Disconnect at any time from your dashboard. Pricing: pay as you go at $0.20 per 1,000 emails, with a $10 monthly minimum that includes the first 50,000 and a $10 one-time setup fee. Transactional and opt-in marketing email, sent from a shared pool or, from 200,000 emails a month, your own dedicated IP. Bulk sending goes through the API or SMTP.
