Oxynet
Oxynet turns the raw export of a cardiopulmonary exercise test (CPET) into structured, versioned measurements. Give Claude a metabolic cart file (COSMED, Cortex, PNOE, VO2 Master and other formats, detected automatically) and ask: Oxynet returns ventilatory thresholds VT1 and VT2, fat and carbohydrate oxidation with FATMAX, exercise oscillatory ventilation, and checks on the quality of the recording. Claude routes the question and explains the answer; Oxynet's validated models, described in peer-reviewed publications, compute the physiology. How it works: Claude uploads the file you name, unchanged, and works on it by handle, so the recording itself never passes through the conversation. Each result carries its provenance and a quality grade for the recording. A refusal states its reason, for example when a channel an analysis needs is missing. Privacy: Oxynet reads each file and discards it, keeps the parsed recording for 24 hours, and never trains its models on uploads. It needs no patient identifiers: remove names and dates of birth first. Research software, not a diagnostic device. No result carries a confidence score, because nothing is calibrated against clinical outcomes. Oscillatory ventilation analysis is beta: it was developed on one heart failure cohort and its transportability is untested. You need an Oxynet API key: get a free one at app.oxynet.net/signup, and paste it once on Oxynet's sign-in page when you connect.
