Pando is the CRM for Belgian real-estate agents (BIV). This connector lets an agent work with their own office data in plain language. An agent signs in with their Pando account and chooses read-only or read-and-write. The assistant only ever sees what that agent may see in Pando. What it can do: - Find and summarise listings, contacts and leads ("which leads from this week are still new?"). - List open tasks and create new ones, linked to a listing, contact or lead. - Add a note to a contact. - Create or update a listing and add photos by URL. - Show where a listing is published (Immoweb, Immovlan, ImmoScoop and others). - Publish a listing to portals or take it offline. This needs a read-and-write sign-in, and the agent's own publishing right in Pando. Safety: - Every action is limited to the agent's own office. - Commission and billing data are never returned. - A repeated request never creates a duplicate. - Every change is recorded in the office's activity log. - Office owners can see and disconnect every connection, or switch AI connections off for the whole office.
