PapaHR is an HR system for small companies, free up to 25 employees. This connector lets the company owner or HR ask Claude about their own company in plain words and get answers from live PapaHR data instead of spreadsheets. Examples: what needs my attention this week (pending approvals, unsigned documents, probations ending); who is on vacation next week; which candidates are stuck in the pipeline; how much last quarter's leavers cost us; what our policy says about remote work (search in the company knowledge base); and going through an HR audit checklist, where Claude asks one question at a time and saves the answers only after showing them to the user. 13 tools only read data; 2 tools save and finish the account owner's checklist walkthrough. Only the company owner and HR can connect; HR sees salary-based calculations only with pay access granted by the owner. Sign-in is OAuth 2.1 with PKCE, every call is logged, and the connection can be revoked in PapaHR. The AI connection is part of PapaHR Pro.
