parcelLab is the post-purchase experience platform for retailers and brands: branded order tracking pages, proactive delivery notifications, customer journeys and self-service returns portals. This connector gives Claude the same configuration surface the parcelLab App uses, scoped to the accounts you belong to. Ask Claude to: • Review your setup: shops, carriers, branded email domains, integrations and the notifications parcelLab raised about operational issues. • Work on customer journeys: list trigger events, message types and messages, draft new messages and layouts, send a test to your own domain, and trace why a message was or was not sent for an order. • Customize your Order Status Page and Returns Portal: edit themes (CSS and HTML), translations and page configuration as drafts, review a diff against the published version, then publish when you approve. • Analyse performance: query your delivery, communication and returns analytics, for example delay rates by carrier or return reasons by week, with results limited to your own accounts. • Look up order status for a known tracking or order number and walk through a return registration. • Search the public parcelLab documentation so Claude can explain a setting before changing it. Every call is checked against your parcelLab user's accounts and permissions: users without the Configuration Admin or Account Setup Admin group see read tools and draft editing only, and analytics needs the Reporting & Analytics role or one of those groups.
