PaxFlow is operations software for tour operators. This connector lets you work with your PaxFlow data from Claude in plain language. Ask who is booked on tomorrow's 9:00 departure, which passengers haven't filled in their booking form, or which guides have no shift next week. Claude can also make changes for you: create bookings, create and update shifts and resources, invite or update staff, and write email, SMS and WhatsApp message templates. It can send a template message to the passengers on a departure and reply to WhatsApp conversations. Claude gets the same access you have in PaxAdmin. It can reach only the companies you belong to and the sections your role allows, and when you connect you choose which areas of PaxFlow it may use. Before Claude sends a message, creates a booking, deletes something or removes a staff member, the server returns a preview, and nothing happens until you confirm. Every tool call is recorded in your company's audit log under your name. You sign in with your PaxFlow account. Claude never sees your password.
