Physique: Body Measurements
Physique is a body-measurement tracker for iPhone. This connector gives Claude access to the measurements you log in the Physique app so you can ask about them in plain language and keep your log up to date without opening the app. What Claude can do with it: - Show your latest numbers and your units (kg or lb, cm or in) and which measurements you track. - List entries, filtered by date range or by measurement, and open a single entry. - Summarise the trend of one measurement over a period: first and last value, minimum, maximum, change, and whether the change is in the direction you consider good. - Record a new entry (for example weight, body fat, waist, chest, biceps, hips, thighs) with an optional note and date, change or delete an existing entry, and change your units, which measurements are shown and their order. - Export your full history as CSV or JSON. Everything is scoped to your own Physique account. You sign in with Apple or Google on a Physique consent page and choose whether to allow read access only or read and write access. You can see and revoke every connected assistant at any time at connect.getphysique.app/connections. Changes made through Claude appear live in the iPhone app. Physique is not a medical product and gives no medical advice. A Physique account is required, created by signing in to the free Physique iPhone app. Privacy policy: getphysique.app/privacy.
