Pile Capacity
Pile Capacity estimates the axial bearing and uplift capacity of cast-in-situ bored piles and CFA piles from a soil profile and a pile schedule, and solves the inverse problem: the length each pile needs to carry a stated compression and tension load. Describe the ground and the piles in plain language, such as layer thicknesses and types, undrained shear strength or friction angle, rock UCS, groundwater level, pile diameters, target loads and factors of safety. The connector resolves that into a complete analysis input and shows you the resolved input, every assumption it had to make for a value you did not give, and the provenance of each field (your value, an engineering convention, or a default), so you confirm or correct the design before anything is calculated. Confirmed designs return one summary per pile: required length, toe level, allowable and ultimate compression and uplift capacity, and the factors used. You can then render the full calculation report as a PDF with charts, formulas and per-layer tables, or as an Excel workbook with live formulas, and save the design into a project in your Pile Capacity account, where it opens in the web app like any other design. SI and US customary units are both supported. The connector picks the system from the units you write and warns you when your words and your numbers disagree. Requires a hetGE account with an active Pile Capacity license. Sign-in is OAuth against id.hetge.com; the connector never sees your password and reads only the design inputs your assistant sends, plus at most one sentence of your wording when it contains unit words, used only to check the units.
