ClaudeCommunityby Plainradar

Plainradar gives Claude a live news search. Ask what is new about a company, person, topic, show or event, and Claude gets the stories published in the last 24 hours (or up to 7 days back), each with its headline, link, source, publication time, a short summary and the number of sources covering it. How it differs from a general web search: - Only recent news. News sites and blogs are read at the moment of the call, so results are hours old. - Duplicates are grouped. A wire story republished by twenty outlets comes back as one story with "20 sources". - Relevance is checked first. Each story is verified against the question before Claude sees it. - 45 languages. Ask about a French election or a Romanian TV show and get the local coverage. - Plain-language filters, such as "skip opinion pieces" or "only news from Europe". - An optional short briefing of the main news, each sentence citing its stories. The connector has one read-only tool, search_news. It doesn't write or change anything. You need a Plainradar account. If you don't have one, enter your email when you connect and confirm it. The free account includes 50 search credits; more can be bought on plainradar.com. Each new search uses one credit; further pages of the same search and filters are included.
