PMFriend is maintenance and compliance software for property management agencies and facilities teams in Australia, Qatar and the Gulf. This connector lets Claude answer questions from your agency's own PMFriend data and, if you allow it, prepare changes for a person to approve. What you can ask: - What needs attention today: overdue jobs, jobs waiting on a contractor or a tenant, compliance checks coming due. - How long repairs take, from the tenant's message to the work being done, and where jobs get stuck. - Which contractors' repairs hold and which keep coming back, with the tenants' "fixed" or "not fixed" answers and their ratings. - Leases, keys, vacancy days, job costs and the monthly rent roll, as tables or charts. Changes from the chat: Claude can propose a job, a booking, a triage change and similar. Each proposal shows a preview and its side effects. Nothing changes until a person confirms it in the chat, where their role allows, or approves it in PMFriend. Most changes can be undone within 24 hours. Safety: reading is always included. Proposing and confirming are separate permissions you choose on the consent screen. Text written by tenants or contractors comes back as data and is marked as untrusted. The connector only sees your own agency's data, after you sign in with your PMFriend account. You need a PMFriend account as an agency admin or property manager.
