Polt TMS connects Claude to your freight brokerage's data in Polt. Ask in plain language about loads, stops, carriers, customers, quotes, documents, tasks and billing, and get live tracking, ETAs and delays from Polt Tracker. Claude can also make changes for you, such as creating loads, quoting and booking LTL shipments, and acknowledging or resolving alerts. It describes each change and asks you to confirm before making it. Each person signs in with their own Polt login, and Claude can only see and do what that person can in Polt. Tracking data is read-only. A Polt admin turns the connection on for the company under Workspace settings, and can turn it off at any time.
