Polyarchy Company Filings (企業情報DB)
Polyarchy Company Filings is a read-only reference service for figures that Japanese companies disclose in their annual securities reports filed on EDINET (Financial Services Agency). It covers the "key management indicators" table, employee information, segment information and regional information. What it returns: values exactly as written in the filing (XBRL), with the document ID, filing date, element name and a link. Consolidated and non-consolidated figures are separate series and every value says which one it is. Segment and regional tables are returned with the company's own categories and labels. What it does not do: for a single company it does not compute derived figures such as margins or growth rates, and it does not map a company's own categories onto a common scheme. If an item is not disclosed, it returns found=false with the reason and the list of items the company does disclose, rather than a neighbouring item or period. (Many companies do not report "net sales": IFRS companies, banks and holding companies report a different top-line item, and the service says which.) Screening across companies (screen_companies, screen_trend) is the one place where the server computes derived values, using fixed formulas and returning the disclosed inputs and their sources for every row. Companies that cannot be compared are returned as exclusions with a reason and a count. Tools: find_company, list_items, lookup_company_facts, lookup_segments, lookup_regions, list_metrics, screen_companies, screen_trend. Values belong to each filing company; check the original filing. Tool descriptions and results are in Japanese. Tool arguments are logged for 30 days; conversation content is not collected. 有価証券報告書(EDINET)に書かれた値を、公表どおりに参照する読み取り専用のサービスです。連結と単体は別の系列として返し、開示が無ければ found=false と、その会社が開示している項目を返します。
