Polyarchy Policy Recommendations is a read-only search service over published policy documents in Japanese: proposals, opinions and reports from Keidanren, Keizai Doyukai, the Japan Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and Rengo, plus key government documents such as the Basic Policy on Economic and Fiscal Management and reports of government councils. It covers about 3,700 documents. What it returns: ranked passages (excerpts) with the organization, document title, publication date, document type, policy field, page number and a link to the original. Search is hybrid (keyword + semantic, then reranked) and tuned for Japanese. What it does not do: it does not generate or summarize text, does not return full documents, and contains public documents only. If nothing matches, it returns an empty result rather than a near match. Tools: search_policy_docs (search one topic, optionally limited to organizations or a period), sweep_policy_docs (the same question across all organizations in one call), list_orgs (covered organizations). Tool descriptions and results are in Japanese.
