PortMem checks AI-written work against the documents it depends on. Connect your PortMem workspace and Claude can list, survey and search your source documents (contracts, bond terms, credit agreements, policies), add new documents, and send a draft for review. The review returns every claim's verdict, supported, contradicted or unsupported, with the source passage that decides it, plus the material provisions the draft leaves out. The decisions that matter stay with the person. Claude cannot accept a flagged claim, publish a signed record or change who can see a document; it gives the person a link to the PortMem console, where those decisions become part of a tamper-evident record. Each person connects with their own PortMem account and Claude sees only that person's workspace. Government ID numbers (CPF, CNPJ, SSN) in results are masked. Tokens are stored only as hashes, and the person can disconnect at any time.
