Postedly lets Claude prepare real physical mail and faxes in the US: faxes, letters, certified mail, postcards and handwritten cards. Claude checks live availability and prices, transfers the exact PDF you want sent (or picks a card, handwriting style and message), and creates a time-limited quote with the final proof, recipient and total. Nothing is sent and nothing is charged from chat. Claude hands you a private review link on postedly.com, where you check every page of the proof, the recipient, the total and the terms, approve, and pay on Postedly's hosted Stripe Checkout. Card details and email verification codes never pass through Claude. After payment, Claude can read the order's payment and delivery status, including fax transmission confirmation and mail milestones reported by the carriers.
