Praxikon
Praxikon gives Claude read-only access to a published, source-traceable model of the EU AI Act and the GDPR, maintained by Zahed Ashkara, an independent Dutch AI and privacy consultant. What you can do: - Classify an AI system: your role (provider or deployer), the risk class, and which obligations apply from when, including Article 26 for deployers of high-risk systems. - Explain why an obligation applies: the conditions, the exceptions, the article and paragraph, and a link to the official source. - Run the Praxikon case check: answer a short set of fixed fact questions and get a GDPR and AI Act assessment, including whether a DPIA or a fundamental rights impact assessment (FRIA) is needed and which facts are still open. - Find the national supervisor and the enforcement status per EU member state. - Ask for a 30-minute introductory call with Zahed Ashkara when you want a person to look at your case. Every answer is computed with fixed rules over published data, not generated, and carries its source, version and content hash. Praxikon does not store your questions or the answers. The case check takes only coded answers from fixed lists, never free text or personal data. Output is available in English and Dutch, with Dutch public-sector and supervisory context. Praxikon is general information about the law. It is not legal advice and not the view of a supervisory authority.
