Pridly connects Claude to your PrestaShop shop so you can run it by asking questions in plain words, in French, Spanish, English or any language. Ask how sales did last week compared with the week before, which products sell best, what is running low, which orders are stuck, or which products have no Spanish description. Pridly reads your live shop data and answers in a sentence or a short table. Pridly can also make changes — but never silently. For any bulk price change, product text in any language, time-limited discount, discount code or order update, Pridly first shows a preview of exactly what would change and waits for your explicit approval. Every applied change is logged with a number, and "undo change 12" restores the previous values. Other languages of a product are never overwritten. Connecting takes minutes: sign in with your email (no password), create a Webservice key in your PrestaShop back office (Advanced Parameters → Webservice; the page shows the steps) and paste it in. No module is needed. A view-only key works too, and you can delete the key at any time. Privacy by design: Pridly does not store your orders, products or customers. Shop keys are encrypted. Customer names in lists are shortened. Free plan: last 30 days of data, order status/notes updates, and previews of every paid change. Paid plans add full history, bulk edits, translations, discounts, undo and more shops — billed on pridly.gridlypaper.com, never inside the chat. Works with PrestaShop 1.7, 8 and 9 shops on HTTPS.
