Print and Mail Company (printandmailcompany.com, run by LeFaLux vGmbH in Luxembourg) prints letters and posts them in Luxembourg, France, Belgium or Germany to recipients in more than 230 countries and territories, as standard letters or as registered letters with tracking. The sender can be anywhere. Without an account, Claude can: - get the exact price of a letter from its page count, print options, envelope and destination - list the countries a letter can be sent to, with postage zone and typical delivery time - check whether a PDF meets the print requirements (page size, free margin on every side) After you sign in to your account, Claude can also turn text into a formatted A4 letter, upload a PDF or give you a private upload link for a file on your device, fix the margins, create a draft with the exact price, send it after you confirm, show your letters with their status and tracking number, check your prepaid credit, and cancel a letter before production starts. Typical uses: cancelling a contract, subscription or membership by letter, writing to a landlord, an authority or a company, sending a formal notice, or sending personal mail abroad. How sending works: Claude shows you the recipient, the number of pages, the options and the exact total, and the letter is printed and posted only after your explicit confirmation. Letters are paid from the prepaid credit in your account. To add credit, or if the credit doesn't cover a letter, Claude gives you a link to printandmailcompany.com and you pay there; Claude never pays and never asks for card details. Limitations: letters only (no email, fax, parcels or postcards), and not to the few countries where international mail is currently suspended. Registered mail is international registered mail with a tracking number and signature on delivery, not a US certified-mail product, and there is no return receipt.
