Prisma Reviews connects Claude to your reviews across platforms: the App Store, Google Play, Judge.me, eBay, Trusted Shops, eKomi, Google Maps, Yelp, Tripadvisor, Booking.com and more (Google Business Profile and Trustpilot replies open once each platform approves Prisma's access). Every review comes in the same format, whatever the platform. With the connector, Claude can: - List your connected locations (a business, app, shop or listing on one platform). - Find reviews by location, platform, date or reply status, for example the unanswered 1- and 2-star reviews from this week. - Summarize what customers praise or complain about, per location or platform. - Show average rating, rating distribution and reply rate for any period. - Publish a reply on the platform through its official API, with exactly the text you approve. Claude asks for confirmation before every reply. Platforms without a reply API are read-only, and the connector returns the link to answer there. - Create a link for a business owner to connect a new platform in the browser. Prisma doesn't write replies or reviews with AI: it publishes exactly the text it receives. Sign in with your Prisma Reviews account. At sign-in you choose Live (your real connected accounts) or Test (sample reviews on every platform, nothing is published), so you can try it before connecting anything.
