Ask across the portfolio, not one lease at a time — which leases carry CPI escalations, what rent looks like in 2027, which options are still open and when notice is due — answered from your own documents rather than a model's recollection. Every answer is traceable. Prismera reads leases, amendments, and supporting documents into structured records where each field keeps its source passage, its page, and the document in the chain that supplied it. Amendments are folded onto the lease by default, so you get the term actually in effect, not the one superseded three years ago. Rent schedules arrive computed: escalations expanded into real dollar rows, options resolved with their notice windows, free rent and deferrals applied. You can organize as well as read. The key/value attributes your team uses to cross-reference records with the systems you already run can be read and — with the right permission — assigned or changed from the conversation. Every request resolves against your own membership and permissions, re-checked on each call, so the connector never reaches data you cannot already see in the app, and access granted or revoked in Prismera takes effect immediately. Writes require the matching permission; without it a request returns an error, not a change. Every call is written to the workspace audit trail marked as coming from the connector, and disconnecting it — or removing the member — ends access at once. The connector tracks the platform: as Prismera adds to what it reads and computes, those capabilities show up here without anything to reconfigure.
