Claude confirms every change with you before it happens. Your client gets a text from your salon with the details, unless you turn texting off. If you take card payments in ProBeauty AI, Claude can also send a client a payment request for a deposit, a balance or a product. The client pays you on a ProBeauty AI page by card through Stripe. Claude never handles the payment. You stay in control. Each connection has two switches in the ProBeauty AI app: one for booking changes and one for texting clients. With booking changes off, Claude can only read. Disconnect any time and access stops right away. Reading your schedule, services and clients works on any ProBeauty AI account. Booking changes need the Essential or Pro plan.
