Productboard is the product management platform where teams capture customer feedback, plan features and initiatives, and write specs. This connector lets Claude work directly with that data. Share a customer email or call notes, and Claude logs them as feedback so Productboard stays current. Ask a question in plain language, and Claude answers from your own product data. Pair it with a scheduled agent, and Claude takes on recurring product ops like creating status updates and flagging stale features. In Claude Code, engineers build from the current spec, so what gets built matches what the team agreed. Claude sees only what you can see in Productboard. A workspace admin needs to turn on MCP access first.
