Prognyx
Prognyx is an oncology competitive-intelligence service for clinical-stage biotechs. This connector gives Claude three read-only tools over public data. compare_trials: up to three interventional ClinicalTrials.gov studies matching an asset or target and an oncology indication, side by side, with sponsor, phase, status, declared arms, primary outcomes, last registry update and the registry URL. Active studies come first, then later phases, with different sponsors where possible. A target such as "B7-H3" or "KIF18A" shows other programmes; a single drug name mostly shows its own studies. search_registry: the live landscape of a target, company, indication or NCT number, with total and active study counts, leading sponsors and phase mix in a recent sample, the most recently updated studies, and related Prognyx briefings. search_briefings: Prognyx briefings on recent oncology events (readouts, regulatory actions, deals). Each claim in a briefing links to a primary source. Every study returned carries its ClinicalTrials.gov link, so answers can be checked against the record. The connector reads what registry records declare; it does not decide which programmes compete, and it is not an efficacy comparison. No account or API key is needed. Use public research terms only. Example prompts: "Which KIF18A trials are running in ovarian cancer, and who sponsors them?" / "What does the KRAS G12C trial landscape look like right now?" / "Has Prognyx written about multiple myeloma CAR-T?"
