PropertyWise is property management software for independent landlords: rent collection, leases, maintenance and tenant communication in one app. This plugin lets a landlord ask ChatGPT about their own PropertyWise account in plain language. Ask things like: - Who hasn't paid rent this month? - Who owes me money, and how much in total? - How much rent did I collect each month this year? - How much in security deposits am I holding? - Any urgent repairs open? - Whose lease ends in the next 90 days, and which still need a renew-or-end decision? - Which units are vacant? Answers come from the same data the PropertyWise app shows, so the numbers match what the landlord sees there. The plugin is read-only. It can't collect or send rent, issue refunds, send reminders or messages, or change leases, properties or maintenance requests; for those, the landlord uses the PropertyWise app. It never shares tenants' email addresses or phone numbers, bank or card details, or lease documents. Who it's for: landlords with a PropertyWise account. You sign in with the email you use in PropertyWise and approve the connection on a consent screen that names the portfolios ChatGPT will read. If you don't have an account yet, you can create one while connecting. You can disconnect at any time from your PropertyWise profile or from ChatGPT.
