PropoBox is proposal software for small agencies and freelancers. With the connector, Claude can read your proposals, clients, saved templates and follow-up list, including how each proposal was read (visits, reading time, last visit). It can create new proposals as drafts from what you write in the chat, or start from one of your saved templates or a past proposal so your terms and your own agreement come along. When you ask and confirm, it sends a proposal or a follow-up note in your name, gives a proposal more time, or records that a deposit arrived. Nothing reaches a client without your go-ahead, the connector never writes contract terms for you, it follows your plan limits and team permissions, and you can remove its access at any time under Settings, Connected apps.
