Proposify is proposal software for sales and marketing teams. Connect it to Claude to work on proposals, contacts, and templates in your Proposify account by asking in your own words, instead of clicking through screens. Create proposals: Describe the deal, or share call notes, a CRM record, or a call transcript, and Claude builds a proposal in Proposify from your team’s templates. Starting from a template keeps each proposal consistent and on-brand, no matter who creates it. Tailor and update proposals: Paste a proposal’s link and ask Claude to personalize it for a specific buyer, rewrite a section, or add a new one. Claude makes the changes in the proposal, and you review and send it from Proposify. Editing content works on proposals in Proposify’s new editor. Manage contacts and companies: Add and update contacts and companies, and browse your templates, using simple prompts without leaving the conversation. The connection uses your own Proposify login, so Claude can only see and change what you already can. Requires a Proposify account.
