Propozit is proposal software for freelancers and agencies. You build proposal decks, send them, and your clients view, sign and pay online. With Propozit in Claude you can: - ask which proposals are drafts, sent, opened, signed or paid, and for which client; - look up one proposal's status, client, version and links; - list your clients and their contacts; - describe a new piece of work in your own words and get a draft proposal built with your own templates, products and prices (it takes 20 to 60 seconds, and nothing is sent); - send a proposal by email to your client. Sending publishes the proposal and emails people outside your organisation, and it can't be undone. The tool is marked as destructive, so Claude asks you to confirm before it sends. Check a draft in Propozit before you send it. You sign in with your Propozit account and choose one organisation and what Claude may do: see your proposals and clients, or also draft and send. You can disconnect at any time in Propozit under Settings, AI assistants, and the connection stops working at once. You need a Propozit account (https://propozit.com). Every plan includes this, with your plan's usual limits: drafts count toward your daily AI drafts, and sends toward your plan's sent proposals.
